CONDITIONS OF USE

1. YOUR ACCOUNT

Accordingly, the contract of sale of products on the Site shall be a strictly bipartite contract between you and the sellers on our Site while the payment processing occurs between you, the service provider, and in case of prepayments with electronic cards your issuer bank. Accordingly, the contract of payment on the Site shall be strictly a bipartite contract between you and the service provider as listed on our Site.

We shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of any other service provider as listed on our Site which includes but is not limited to payment providers, installment offerings, nor warranty services amongst others.

6. LOSSES

We will not be responsible for any business or personal losses (including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the Site.

7. Pricing

Except where noted otherwise, the list price or suggested price displayed for products on ROY BAZAAR represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The list price or suggested price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the MRP of an item sold by ROY BAZAAR is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. And if the stated price on the product is lower than ROY BAZAAR, we will, either refund the amount or replace the product according to your preference, when acknowledged.

8. Product Descriptions

ROY BAZAAR attempts to be as accurate as possible. ROY BAZAAR does not manufacture or produce any product by itself. Therefore, ROY BAZAAR does not warrant those product descriptions or other content of any ROY BAZAAR product are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by ROY BAZAAR itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

9. Charges 

Membership on the website is free for users. ROY BAZAAR does not charge any fee for browsing and buying on the website. ROY BAZAAR reserves the right to change its fee policy from time to time. In particular, ROY BAZAAR may at its sole discretion introduce new services and modify some or all of the existing services offered on the website. In such an event, ROY BAZAAR reserves the right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing services, as the case may be. Changes to the fee policy will be posted on the website and such changes will automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the website.
