Returns and Refund Policy

Returns Policy:

  1. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request on the ROY BAZAAR website.
  2. The return of the products has to meet the conditions below according to the customer’s claim. Details terms must be there when you claim any particular complaint. Please keep in mind that products need to check in front of the riders
  3. For any kind of damage issue customers have to complain in front of or in presence of the delivery man or courier office staff, otherwise it should not be granted.
  4. Return request must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  5. . And if the customer failed to inform ROYBAZAAR within 24 hours of the delivery time no complaint will be granted..
  6. For selected categories, we accept a change of mind. Please refer to the section below on Return Policy per Category for more information.

Valid reasons to return an item

  1. Delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken) / defective (e.g. unable to switch on)
  2. Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories)
  3. Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/color, fake item, or expired)
  4. Delivered product does not match the product description or picture (i.e product not as advertised)
  5. Delivered product does not fit. (i.e. size is unsuitable)

 

Refund Policy:

ROY BAZAAR will process your refund according to the following refund types:

 

  1. Refund from returns – Refund is processed once your item is returned to the warehouse. To learn how to return an item, read our Return Policy.
  2. Refunds from canceled orders – Refund are automatically triggered once cancelation is successfully processed.
  3. After checking the product we will update the refund to your selected payment method. The processing time of your refund depends on the type of refund and the payment method you used.
